About Eight Insights

The name "Eight Insights" symbolises infinity and abundance in Chinese culture, while "Insights" reflects our commitment to providing valuable, in-depth knowledge on subjects of varied interests.

Eight Insights was founded by Ivan Theodoulou, who is a seasoned public relations pro in Asia. In 2021, he launched Eight PR in Hong Kong, China with a focus on technology, law and financial services PR.

A UK citizen, and a permanent Hong Kong resident, Ivan first visited China in 1987 by train from Hong Kong to Guangzhou and has since traveled extensively throughout the country. He also holds a China driving license and regularly drives from Hong Kong and into the Greater Bay Area.
